Emergency Leak Service

When water is actively coming through your ceiling, every hour adds to the damage. We prioritize getting a crew to you as fast as possible to stop the water first.

Choose this if

  • Active dripping or pouring water inside
  • Storm or wind damage with missing shingles
  • Ceiling bulging, sagging or stained and growing
  • Water near lights, outlets or the electrical panel

What we do

  • Priority dispatch, often same day
  • Secured tarping or temporary seal
  • Photo documentation for insurance
  • Permanent repair scheduled once dry

Scheduled Leak Repair

You’ve spotted a stain, a drip during the last rain, or damage you want fixed before the next storm. We’ll schedule an inspection and repair within days.

Choose this if

  • A ceiling stain that isn’t actively wet
  • Leaks only during heavy rain
  • Damaged flashing, vents or pipe boots
  • Getting ahead of the next storm

What we do

  • Inspection within a couple of days
  • Leak traced to its true source
  • Permanent repair, often in one visit
  • Honest repair vs. replacement advice

While you wait: move valuables away from the water, catch drips with a bucket, and turn off power at the breaker if water is near lights or outlets. Please don't climb onto a wet roof.

Why Leaks Are Hard to Find

Water rarely drips straight down from where it gets in. It travels along decking, rafters and insulation before it shows up as a ceiling stain. We trace it back to the actual entry point (often flashing, a pipe boot, a valley or a nail pop) so the repair actually holds.

Temporary vs. Permanent Fixes

In an emergency, the first job is stopping water from getting in, usually with a secured tarp or temporary seal. Once the weather allows, we come back for a permanent repair. You’ll always know which one you’re getting and why.

Signs You Have a Roof Leak

Water dripping from the ceiling or light fixtures

Brown or yellow stains spreading on ceilings or walls

Bubbling paint or sagging drywall

Damp or musty smell in the attic

Missing shingles or damaged flashing after wind or a storm

Daylight visible through the attic roof decking

Is It Time for a New Roof?

If your roof has multiple leaks or is near the end of its life, repeated repairs can cost more than replacement. We’ll tell you honestly, and you can learn more on our Roofing page.
